What sizes do you offer?
We offer a full range of European sizes from 36 to 47, designed to fit both men and women comfortably. Our goal is to make sure everyone can experience the freedom, comfort, and natural mobility that StrideFree™ barefoot shoes provide. How do I know if I have the correct size?
The best way to find your correct size is to compare your current shoe size with our size guide. Because barefoot shoes are designed to let your toes spread, many customers prefer a slightly snug fit that adapts to their feet over time. If you’re between sizes or prefer extra room, we recommend sizing up. And if you ever need guidance, our support team is happy to help.
Are barefoot shoes good for everyday wear?
Absolutely. StrideFree™ barefoot shoes are lightweight, breathable, and flexible, making them ideal for daily use. Whether you’re walking around the city, training at the gym, or exploring outdoors, they’re built to keep your feet comfortable and supported all day long.
Do I need time to adjust to barefoot shoes?
Yes, if you’re new to barefoot footwear your feet may need a short adjustment period. Your muscles, tendons, and ligaments will be engaging more than they would in traditional shoes. We suggest starting with shorter wear times and gradually increasing as your feet strengthen.
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Average shipping times are 15–21 days depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be updated within 3–5 days after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@stridefree.shop.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order without penalty as long as it has not yet shipped. If your order has already been sent, please contact us at info@stridefree.shop and our support team will assist you.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email immediately and confirm the correction. You can also contact us at info@stridefree.shop. If we’re notified within 24 hours, we can update your order. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if the wrong address is provided after this time window.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. On average, delivery takes 8–15 business days. We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
